Delivery Policy
This shipping policy applies to orders from the UK. The purpose of this policy is to fully inform you about the shipping procedures. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the policies contained herein.
Delivery Time:
Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (London)
All orders (excluding weekends and holidays) will be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped, which will occur once your payment has been received.
The processing time for orders is 2-3 days. After your order has been successfully processed, we will ship your package, with a delivery time of between 6 and 10 business days.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages caused by weather, incorrect address information, issues with the carrier, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues related to returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
If a package is lost, missing, or cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show confirmed delivery by the carrier will be investigated and are non-refundable until clarified. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at office@ankleguard.de with your order number.
Address Changes:
We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@ankleguard.de.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, it will come with a tracking number, which you can use to track the package until it is delivered to you.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@ankleguard.de with your name and order number, and we will address the issue.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our cancellation policy.
